Rates

• Consultation/Therapy Fees: Initial session 75 minutes with intake surveys ($350); subsequent sessions $270 for 50 minutes
• Coaching Fee: $250 for 60 minutes
• Testing fees vary depending on type and number of tests and types of reports needed. See fee schedule.

Insurance

I am not on any insurance panel. However, as an out-of-network provider, I will give you an invoice which you can send to your insurance.

Payment

I accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment. I also accept payment directly on my site via this page.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
